Is it a must to hire an agent when purchasing a new home? When you’re deciding to buy and begin to put a team together, an agent may be beneficial. The right agent will make a difference in your home-buying journey.

Here are the 4 main reasons why you should consider hiring one:

1. Your agent is your fiduciary. They will look out for your needs and negotiate to what works best for you more than the builder’s. You’ll be represented with your interest and desires in mind in a professional manner.
